We ship to Germany and all European Union countries.

Shipping is free on all orders — within Germany and across the EU.

Delivery times

Germany: 3–4 business days after dispatch.

EU: 7–10 business days after dispatch.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after payment is received.

Carrier

We ship exclusively with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt (statutory right of withdrawal).

Return shipping costs are covered by the seller.
